LDG’s most recent development project, Southland Commerce Center was a 53,000 square foot industrial warehouse condominium project.  The construction of the project was completed on time and on budget and a Certificate of Occupancy was obtained in February 2006. The project is now completely sold out and units can only be bought in the secondary market. LDG's corporate headquarters are also located in Southland commerce Center.
