The Lehman Development Group constantly seeks high quality real estate investment opportunities.  Our primary focus is on industrial, residential and commercial projects and we are particularly interested in projects that can be differentiated from the me-too projects that are already in the market. When practical and synergistic, LDG will partner with other developers or investors in order to access a specific opportunity.  In general, in every investment by LDG the primary question we ask is how can we add to, or create value in the project for ourselves and our partners.

Prior to participating in any investment transaction, LDG follows a detailed process to qualify for the opportunity. This includes preparing an analysis of the market, conducting due diligence on the site or building being purchased, surveying of the market for potential lenders, and developing an exit strategy. Only when the answers to these questions are obtained, analyzed, and considered to be favorable, will LDG invest in a particular opportunity.

In the course of each transaction LDG will also prepare a comprehensive investment memorandum that contains all of the due diligence materials as well as the business plan for the project. LDG also has this available to its architects, engineers, and other related professionals so that each facet of an opportunity is properly planned and integrated into the overall project.  At LDG we believe that if you don't pay attention to the details, the details will ultimately get your attention.
