The Lehman Development Group is led by Scott Lehman and Ricky Lehman who are brothers. Scott is a lawyer and a CPA and has 15 years of diverse development experience.  Ricky is a licensed General Contractor with 14 years of residential development experience including having served as a regional manager with Lennar Homes prior to forming the general contractor company that they own together, which is Chelle Construction.  

In each transaction that LDG works on the roles of the principals are the same, Scott oversees all of the due diligence, contract negotiation and financing while Ricky supervises the construction or refurbishing work. Together, Scott and Ricky are able to quickly assess opportunities and develop a plan to analyze and ultimately execute on the investment.

Richard is responsible for sales, construction quality control and the management of all projects.  Selected career highlights include: 

·         Over 10 years of residential and commercial construction management experience including 8 years of production home building for Lennar Homes

·         Built over 2,000 homes in 19 communities within Dade County

·         Implemented Lennar’s Zero Defects program as well as Customer Service Systems

·         Authored the Construction Manual utilized nationally by Lennar Homes

Scott Lehman is responsible for corporate finance, marketing and business development.  Selected career highlights for Scott include:

• Responsible for the development of 1.5 million square feet of technology real-estate in the US and Europe;
• Founded a long distance company and built revenues to $20 million per annum while maintaining full P&L responsibility.
